I was in two days ago for a facial and I had a great experience. I purchased a 50% off coupon from groupon.com, so I only paid $50. I prefer this type of "medspa" to the traditional spa-spa, since I'm not into the scented candles and new age music and all that stuff- just clean out my pores! It was sterile and clean. My facialist mentioned that there was an additional facial room that was being used, so maybe they have all that spa crap back there.

Jaime did my facial, and I would highly recommend her. She was very pleasant and kind and gentle on my face. She took the time to answer my questions about my skin, skincare products, etc. My favorite part was that she told me about some of the products they sell there, but didn't try to pressure me into buying a bunch of stuff I don't need, which often happens with spa facials.
